This level is getting comfortable in the water. This level is perfect for children who are new to swimming or still hesitant to put their face in.
Beginner
These swimmers can put their face in the water and are starting to move with assistance. Learning to kick, float, and build confidence.
Advanced Beginner
These swimmers can move short distances independently and are working on breathing, kicking, and basic stroke movement.
Intermediate
This level can swim longer distances and are beginning to refine freestyle with side-breathing and backstroke with improved coordination.
Proficient
This group is comfortable swimming multiple lengths of freestyle or backstroke and working on learning legal breaststroke and butterfly.
Stroke Technique
Swim team level swimmers focused on refining stroke mechanics, efficiency, and preparing for swim team or competitive swimming.
